Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Oyela account, navigate to 'My Orders', and select the item you wish to return or exchange within 14 days of delivery.

  Prepare the Package

  Ensure the item is in its original condition with all tags attached and place it back in its original packaging to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Schedule a Pickup

  Once your request is approved, our courier partner will arrive at your doorstep within 24-48 hours to collect the return package.

• 4.
  Quality Check & Refund

  After the item reaches our warehouse and passes a quality inspection, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
